Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi made a donation of Rs 25 lakh to Chief Minister Relief Fund in order to help the people amidst the COVID 19 second wave. Sethupathi met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin at the Secretariat in Chennai and handed over cheque to him.
In the recent past, celebrities like Rajinikanth, Soundarya Rajinikanth, Vikram Vetri Maaran, Sivakarthikeyan, Ajith, AR Murgadoss, Suriya, Sivakumar and Karthi have donated to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Relief Fund to fight the second wave of the novel coronavirus. While some of them have met the CM MK Stalin at his office in Chennai, others made an online transaction to the Tamil Nadu CM Relief Fund.
