The forthcoming Movie Artists Association elections are offering new twists and turns every passing day. Senior actor Prakash Raj, Manchu Vishnu, Hema, Jeevitha Rajasekhar are in race to contest the elections. Now, the latest update is that Senior advocate and character artiste CVL Narasimha Rao joins the list for the presiding elections that are due in the next couple of months.
Senior actor CVL Narasimha Rao said he would fight against the injustice meted out to the poor and marginalised artistes hailing from both the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
“I will fight for the welfare of movie artists if I am voted to power. I will be contesting as an independent candidate. I hope I receive the support of my colleagues,” he said.
