Yesteryear onscreen sensation Shakeela on Friday dismissed rumours about her death that were doing the rounds on social media and assured her fans that she's "alive" and is "still presentable."
"Greetings to all. I heard some news that I am no more. Of course, not. Nothing like that. I am very healthy and happy and with a big smile. I am thankful for all the care that I am getting in Kerala. I have been getting so many calls and so much love after some person created the false news. The anonymous entity has made you all think about me," Shakeela said.
On Thursday evening, speculation started doing the rounds as WhatsApp messages, and so these clarifications would have come as a relief to Shakeela's fans.
