Maharastra HM Dilip Walse Patil tests Covid-19 Positive


Maharashtra Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil on Thursday informed his followers that he has tested positive for COVID-19 for the second time despite being fully vaccinated.

"After experiencing mild symptoms I decided to get tested for COVID-19. I have tested positive. My condition is stable and I am following my doctor’s advice. I urge all those who came in contact with me during Nagpur & Amravati tour, & other programs, to get themselves tested" tweeted Dilip Walse Patil.

A few days ago MNS chief Raj Thackeray and his family members tested positive for COVID-19.

India's daily tally of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) saw an increase on Thursday after 16,156 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, pushing the caseload to 34,231,809, according to the Union health ministry's dashboard.
