It was known that Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is making a period film with a time-travel concept titled Bimbisara. The first look posters released recently in which Kalyan Ram appears as a barbaric king and they raised curiosity. Mallidi Vashista is directing the trilogy and Kalyan Ram himself is funding it.
According to the latest sources, Bimbisara will be made in 3 parts. The first portion of the film is nearly finished, and it will be released later this year or early next year on enormous screens. After a brief break, filming for the next two parts will begin.
Bimbisara stars Catherine Tresa, Samyuktha Menon, Vennela Kishore, and Srinivasa Reddy in other lead roles.
