The makers of Pushpa on Wednesday unveiled Anasuya Bharadwaj’s fierce look as Dakshayani from the movie. Sharing the poster Mythri movies wrote, “She is arrogance and pride personified! Introducing @itsme_anasuya as #Dakshayani.”
In the first look poster, Anasuya Bharadwaj is seen seated on a chair dressed in a saree, and adorning a lot of jewels. Sporting big bindi, Anasuya has gone for a completely de-glamourous role in Pushpa. A few days back the makers had shared the first look of Sunil as Mangalam Srinu.
Pushpa directed by Sukumar has Allu Arjun playing the role of a sandalwood smuggler named Pushpa Raj. Rashmika Mandanna is playing female lead and Malayalam superstar Fahadh Faasil will be seen as the antagonist. Pushpa’s story is based on real-life incidents about the red sandalwood smugglers in the Seshachalam hills of the Rayalseema region in Andhra Pradesh.
Pushpa The Rise is produced by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Muttamsetty Media. It will be released in two parts. Pushpa will release in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Kannada. The first will release in theatres on December 17th. The second part will hit the theatres in 2022.
