Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan has reportedly sold his luxurious apartment in Mumbai's worli locality for Rs 45.75 crore. Going by the reports, Bachchan had bought this apartment which is being developed by Oberoi Realty, in November 2014 for Rs 41.14 crore.
Abhishek Bachchan's Oberoi apartment was 7,527 square feet and was located on the 37th floor. The apartment that comes with four car parking was sold to a man named Anurag Goyal who paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.28 crore.
Three Sixty West by Oberoi Realty is an under-construction project containing 4BHK and 5BHK units. It comprises two towers. One will house The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the other will have luxury residences managed by the global hospitality chain. Abhishek Bachchan and their wife Aishwarya Rai would have been neighbors to Shahid Kapoor and Akshay Kumar if they hadn’t offloaded the house.
Abhishek was last seen in the film The Big Bull in which he played scamster Harshad Mehta. The actor will next be seen in the upcoming film "Bob Biswas" directed by Diya Annapurna Ghosh. The film is a spin-off of "Kahaani", and based on the fictional character of that name who became popular in the 2012 Vidya Balan hit, "Kahaani".
