Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan sustained minor injuries while shooting for his upcoming Hindi film Oththa Seruppu Size 7 remake directed by R. Kielban. He hurt his right hand. The was admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati hospital.
On late Sunday evening, Amitabh Bachchan and daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda were papped at Lilavati hospital to visit Abhishek. However, no confirmation about the gravity of Abhishek's health has been announced by the family.
“The actor was advised to rest and was told to keep his hands in the sling,” sources say. Abishek is the only actor on the set, and only the voices of others are used in the rest of the film. It will take a while for him to get well and return to the set" source added.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Abhishek will be seen in Dasvi, to be directed by Tushar Jalota. The movie also stars Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur. The actor is set to play an uneducated politician's role.
