A 22-year-old junior artist cum event manager named Anuradha committed suicide at her house in Banjara Hills. Anuradha was found hanging at her house in Filmnagar's Gnanijailsingh Nagar Basthi. According to police, she took extreme step as her boyfriend Kiran cheated her.
As Anuradha did not come out of the house for the last four days, neighbours on Wednesday night found she ended her life and informed the police. The cops broke open the doors of the house and shifted the dead body to the government hospital for post-mortem.
Accodring to police, Anuradha worked as a junior artist in Telugu films. During her stint in the industry, she came in contact with one Kiran about six years ago and both of them were friends. A few months ago, they decided to get married, but due to some differences, Kiran allegedly backed off. Depressed over this, the woman allegedly hanged herself at her house.
A case has been registered and investigation is on.
