Santosh Shoban who left an impression with his performance in 'Ek Mini Katha' is currently busy acting in two films – one is directed by Maruthi, and the other is ‘Prem Kumar’. The latest we hear is that Shoban is all set to the frontline the Telugu remake of the Tamil-language crime thriller '8 Thottakal'.
Sushmita Konidela, the daughter of Megastar Chiranjeevi, is producing it on Gold Box Entertainment. Shobhan may enact a police officer’s role in this remake to be directed by Sri Ganesh, who helmed the original. The Chennai-based Gouri Kishan of 'Jaanu' and '96' (Tamil) fame is its heroine.
