Rana Daggubati’s much-delayed film ‘1945’ which has been in limbo for over 4 years is finally got its release date. The film set in the backdrop of pre-partition India is gearing up to hit the big screens on December 31, this year.
The makers today announced the release date by sharing an interesting poster. The special poster sees Rana with the Union Jack (the National Flag of British) on fire.
The period drama, directed by Sathyasiva, features Rana in the role of a freedom fighter. Regina Cassandra has played the female lead in the movie that also stars Sathyaraj, Nasser and RJ Balaji in vital roles. C Kalyan has produced this film under his CK Entertainments Pvt Ltd. The film has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Sathya while Gopi Krishna is the editor.
On the other side, Rana Daggubati’s upcoming film ‘Virata Parvam’ is set to release next year.
