Andhra Pradesh former minister, TDP leader Paritala Sunitha's younger son Paritala Siddhartha landed himself in trouble after Shamshabad airport police found a live bullet in his baggage on Thursday morning.
According to the reports, Paritala Siddhartha along with his family and friends reached Shamshabad airport to board a flight to reach Srinagar. During a routine screening, the CISF personnel found a live round of ammunition of 5.56 calibre in Siddhartha’s baggage. Siddhartha reportedly told the security guards that he was not aware of the presence of the bullet in his baggage. He was also not carrying a valid document.
The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport police filed a case against Siddhartha under the Arms Act. The airport police have confiscated the bullet for further probe.
