Actress Kiara Advani is romancing Siddharth Malhotra in Shershaah. The movie directed by VishnuVardhan is all set to release on Amazon Prime Video India on August 12. While we already got a sneak peek into Sidharth Malhotra's look as Paramvir Chakra winner Captain Vikram Batra (PVC), now the makers have revealed Kiara Advani's look as Dimple Cheema.
Sharing her simple yet intriguing look from the film, Kiara wrote, "The only promise that matters is the one made between two hearts and this story shows that some promises last an entire lifetime and then more. #ShershaahOnPrime releasing on 12th August! (sic)."
Shershaah is based on the life of Captain Batra who was killed when he tried to rescue a fellow officer. Kiara plays the role of his fiance, Dimple Cheema. After his death, Dimple never got married and lived as his widow. Vikram died on July 7, 1999.
Apart from Sidharth and Kiara, the film also stars Shiv Panditt, Raj Arjun, Pranay Pachauri, Himanshu Ashok Malhotra, Nikitin Dheer, Anil Charanjeett, Sahil Vaid, Shataf Figar and Pawan Chopra.
