Megastar Chiranjeevi's 153rd film Godfather, the Telugu remake of Prithviraj’s Lucifer, title and first look poster unveiled on August 21st as Chiru's birthday special. In the poster, we can see Chiranjeevi wearing a cap with a gun in his hand.
Godfather makers have already roped in Satya Deva and Nayanthara for pivotal roles in the film. If ongoing buzz in the media and the film industry are to be believed, Malayalam actor Biju Menon will play a negative role in Chiranjeevi's Godfather directed by Mohan Raja. The reports are coming that Biju Menon will reprise the role of Vivek Oberoi from the original version.
If everything goes as planned and Biju Menon gives the go-ahead for Chiranjeevi's Godfather, the upcoming project will mark his Telugu film debut. It is also being heard that Bollywood actor Salman Khan will play a cameo in Chiranjeevi’ upcoming drama.
GodFather is a joint production venture of Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films. The film has music by Thaman and cinematography by Nirav Shah.
