Indian Idol 12 contestant Shanmukha Priya crooned a chartbuster song in Vijay Deverakonda’s highly anticipated Pan Indian Project Liger being directed by Puri Jagannadh. Announcing this on Twitter, Liger producer Charmme Kaur shared on Twitter a video of Shanmukha Priya meeting Vijay Deverakonda and recording a song for Liger.
She captioned her tweet, “Amazing gesture #LigerPromise Fulfilled by @TheDeverakonda. Making the DREAM Come True & Welcoming #ShanmukhaPriya for a song in #Liger.”
Bollywood actress Ananya Panday is playing female lead in Liger. The movie also features Ronit Roy, Vishu Reddy, Ramya Krishna, Ali, Makarand Deshpande, Abdul Quadir Amin, and Getup Srinu in prominent roles. Liger is being made as a pan-India biggie, with Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta co-producing the movie in association with Puri and Charmee.
