Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's businessman husband Raj Kundra has been arrested in a case of alleged production and distribution of pornographic films through apps. Raj Kundra is currently in 14-day judicial custody, as he was denied bail by the lower court on 28th July. Kamasutra actress Sherlyn Chopra accused Raj Kundra of s*xual misconduct. Sherlyn had appeared from the Mumbai Crime Branch’s Property Cell to record her statement in connection with this Raj Kundra’ pornography case. She had issued an FIR against Raj Kundra in the month of April 2021 of s*xual assault.
According to Sherlyn Chopra, in 2019, Raj Kundra had called her business manager with the idea of “The Sherlyn Chopra App”. After the business meeting, Raj showed up unannounced at her house due to a heated argument over a text. Sherlyn alleged that Raj Kundra started kissing her even though she resisted. The actress also claimed not wanting to get involved with a married guy nor mix business with pleasure.
