It is known news to all that South Star Dhanush is building a new house in Chennai Poes Garden area where his father-in-law Rajinikanth is staying from three decades. Dhanush performed Bhoomi Pooja for the house in February this year and Rajinikanth attended the event with entire family.
Now reports suggest that the dream house of Dhanush will cost around a staggering 150 Crores. The sprawling house will be built across 19000 sq ft and Dhanush himself planned the entire structure of his new hom. He has reportedly designed a swimming pool, an indoor sports facility with a fully equipped gym, a home theater with futuristic technology, etc. The dream nest will reportedly be a four-story building.
Poes Garden is home to some of the well-known and famous personalities in Chennai, including the late Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, J Jayalalithaa.
