Expert Review :
Story

Ravi Teja is an orphan who finds happiness in helping the needy people around him. Home minister Aditya Bhupati (Jagapati Babu) is a corrupt guy who wants to become CM by buying MLAs. Aditya kills his own father(Sharat Babu) in a bomb blast because he is spending lot of money on charity works.  A reporter finds the truth through investigation and she is attacked by his goons. One fine day, during a small issue, Ravi Teja beats up the goons of home minister and it angers him. Rest is all about how Ravi Teja deals and dethrone Jagapathi Babu forms the crux of the story.

Performance

Ravi Teja looks energetic and he gets into the skin of the character and essays his role brilliantly. Malavika Sharma looks beautiful and also acted well. The chemistry between them is nice. Jagapathi Babu role looks unconvincing but he has performed his role well. Sharat babu played a short special role. Posani, JP, Prudhvi, Brahmanandam gives us some relief with their comedy. Subba Raju as Jagapatibabu’s brother is good.

Technical Aspects

Director Kalyan Krishna had intended to do a message-oriented film but the story selected has no novelty.  Music by Shakthi Kanth Karthick  is an average and it could have been better.  The Cinematography by Mukesh G is of top notch.   The music by Shakthi Kanth Karthick are okay. Background music creates an impact. Production values by SRT Entertainments are good.  Editing by Chota K. Prasad should have been better in the second half. The dialogues are good.

Plus :

RaviTeja
Interval Chase sequence

Minus :

Screenplay
1970s story line
Lack of Comedy

Verdict : 'Nela Ticket’ is not a movie for any section of audience.
